I began my recruitment career in 2007 after leaving university. My initial focus was on placing Quantity Surveyors and Commercial construction specialists in Dubai and Abu Dhabi during a period of rapid growth.
The global market crash of 2008 brought significant challenges. I found myself navigating difficult situations, including a civil conflict in one of the areas I worked in. These experiences were tough but taught me resilience.
After witnessing the unpredictable nature of certain sectors, I sought a more stable path. In 2014, I shifted my focus to the hygienic processing markets. For close to a decade now, I've been steadily building relationships and networks within this industry.
Working alongside incredible individuals along the way has been a rewarding experience. I'm enthusiastic about continuing this journey, fostering existing connections, and welcoming new ones.
